AI and Acceptable-Use Notice

What is automated

BrieflyWorks uses AI to extract structured information from notes, forwarded emails, and customer-selected Notion pages; prepare daily briefings; suggest tasks and follow-ups; summarise websites; draft email responses; and answer questions from retrieved business records. Notion-derived actions and staff observations require customer review before they affect operational records. AI-generated content should be identifiable from its context in the product.

Human review is required

AI can misunderstand names, dates, payments, employment status, or commercial facts. A user must verify the source and approve any action. BrieflyWorks does not assign staff performance scores and does not authorise autonomous sending of emails, payments, staff-profile archival, dismissal, or other consequential action.

Prohibited decisions and content

• Do not use output as the sole or decisive basis for employment or another legally significant decision.
• Do not use the service for workplace emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, unlawful monitoring, or discrimination.
• Do not submit regulated professional secrets, patient records, criminal-offence data, or special-category personal data unless BrieflyWorks has expressly approved that use in writing.
• Do not treat output as legal, medical, tax, safety, or financial advice.

Reporting problems

Users should correct inaccurate records and report harmful, discriminatory, or unsafe output through the legal contact in the Imprint. Relevant source records should be preserved when reporting a material incident.
